摘要
电站锅炉烟气余热利用一般是利用锅炉的烟气余热来加热凝结水。文中提出一种利用烟气余热加热冷风的余热利用方法。根据低温省煤器的设置不同布置为一级低温省煤器方案和两级低温省煤器方案。在冬季,两种方案都是用烟气余热加热冷一次风和冷二次风,用此风置换机组正常运行时的5抽抽汽。在夏季,一级方案用余热加热凝结水,两级方案用余热加热凝结水及冷二次风。经计算,冬季运行4个月两种方案均节约燃煤费用155.18万元;夏季运行8个月,一级方案比两级方案减少机组运行费用77.13万元。
Power plant boiler flue gas waste heat utilization is generally heating condensate utilization of flue gas waste heat boiler. This paper presents a kind of waste heat utilization of flue gas heating cooling method. According to the different arrangement of low temperature economizer for a low temperature economizer scheme and two stage low temperature economizer scheme. In the winter, two schemes are cold flue gas waste heat from a wind and cold wind, with the replacement of the normal operation of the unit 5 pumping steam extraction. In the summer, a scheme of condensate water heat, heat the two level schemes of the condensed water and the cold wind two times. By calculation, winter 4 months of operation the two schemes of saving coal cost 1 million 551 thousand and 800 yuan; summer running for 8 months, a plan than level two proposal to reduce the operation cost of the units 771 thousand and 300 yuan.
