摘要
针对我国电站锅炉排烟温度普遍偏高的情况,提出采用烟气深度冷却器以回收烟气余热,分析了其实施的可行性.通过建立热力计算分析模型,选取影响传热效果和投资成本的结构参数和运行参数作为分析对象,并以传热系数和折算成本作为设计参考,对烟气深度冷却器的设计参数进行优化.结果表明:选取合理的结构参数和运行参数可以有效地改善传热效果,降低设备投资成本和投资回收年限,保证节能改造的技术经济性.
Aiming at the general high temperature of exhaust gas in domestic power boilers, a flue gas deep cooler for heat recovery of flue gas was introduced, and the feasibility was analyzed. By building up the thermodynamic calculation and analysis model, selecting the structural parameters and the operational parameters which affect the heat transfer effect and investment cost as the analyzing object and taking the heat transfer coefficient and conversion cost as design reference, the design parameters of the flue gas deep cooler were optimized. Results show that by selecting reasonable structural parameters and operational parameters, the heat transfer effect can be effectively improved, and the investment cost and payoff period can be reduced so as to ensure the economy of the energy saving retrofit.
