摘要
疼痛是临床上最常见的一个症状,病人极为痛苦,目前尚无很理想的镇痛方法。本文用波导CO_2激光治疗三叉神经痛71例、偏头痛73例取得了显著效果。镇痛机制是,激光穴位照射后,机体产生类阿片样镇痛物质。另方面,局部照射可引起局部组织代谢改变,使各级中枢神经的痛敏神经元放电受到抑制,从而产生镇痛作用。
Pain is one of the most commom clinical symptom. There is still no satisfactory treatment for certain forms of pain. 71 cases with trigeminal neurolgia and 73 cases with migraine were treated with waveguide CO_2 laser. Significant relief of pain was observed. It is suggested that the mechanism for pain relief induced by this treatment was the body produced by opi- num--like pain suppresant or the Changes of metabolite of the local tissue which had been irradiated. So it is postulated that waveguide CO_2 laser may block the discharges of the pain sensitive neurons at certain levels of the central nervous system.
