摘要
目的探讨责任医生团队在耳鼻喉科慢性病管理中的作用。方法以慢性咽炎为例,选取100例,以责任医生团队进行疾病管理的慢性咽炎患者为观察组,100例常规管理慢性咽炎患者为对照组,比较两组的病情管理情况、用药依从性以及疾病控制情况。结果观察组的症状管理、疾病知识、药物管理、预防复发等病情管理能力方面好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药依从性高于对照组,疾病控制率高于对照组,1年内的复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任医生团队进行耳鼻喉慢性病管理能够改善患者的疾病管理能力和疾病控制率,改善疾病的管理效率。
Objective To investigate the effect of team responsibility system on the management of patients with chronic diseases form E. N. T Department. Methods In observation group, 100 patients with chronic pharyngitis received team responsibility system management. In control group, 100 patients with chronic pharyngitis received routine management of chronic diseases. The results of disease management, medication compliance and disease control in the two groups were compared respectively. Results The disease management ability including symptoms management, disease knowledge, medicine management, prevention of recurrence in observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In observation group, the medication compliance was significantly better than that in control group, disease control rate was significantly higher than that in control group, and the recurrence rate within one year was significantly lower than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of team responsibility system in the management of patients with chronic diseases in E. N. T Department can improve patients＇ disease management ability, disease control rate and management efficiency of diseases.
