摘要
随着煤炭开采范围和深度的增加,越来越多的采掘设备投入到煤炭生产中。导致煤矿井下电网功率因数降低,影响了井下供电线路的终端电压,使井下采掘设备无法正常使用。同时,线路损耗加大,开采成本也相应增加。对提升煤矿井下线路功率因数的方式进行对比,使用补偿电容器组和高压集中无功补偿对井下线路无功补偿,并对其进行Multisim仿真,结果表明该方法可以有效提高井下电网功率因数,保证煤矿安全生产和经济运行。
With the increase of mining depth,more and more equipments are used in the coal mine production. Lead to lower power factor of the coal mine power grid,the terminal voltage of the underground power supply line is affected,underground mining equipment cannot be used normally; at the same time,the mine supply network power factor lower directly increase the grid in power loss,increase the cost of mining. This article through to improve the power factor of the coal mine power grid method, the reactive power compensation in compensation capacitor banks and high pressure to the coal mine power grid reactive power compensation,and carries on the Multisim simulation,the results show that the method can effectively improve the down-hole electric power factor,guarantee of coal mine safety production and economic operation.
