可诱导细胞凋亡的FKBP12/caspase-9慢病毒载体的构建与应用
摘要
虽然基因修饰T细胞免疫治疗在癌症治疗中起到积极作用[1-3]。然而,基因修饰T细胞的安全调控是临床治疗需要解决的关键问题,利用自杀基因系统调控基因修饰的细胞是基因治疗的安全措施之一[4-5]。Caspase-9作为凋亡的起始因子,通过化学诱导二聚化将其激活[6],
