摘要
目的探讨硫酸软骨素治疗神经性头痛的疗效。方法纳入2012年1月~2015年1月收治的200例血管神经性头痛患者,依据入院编号随机分组。常规组（100例）予以常规安神止痛类药物干预,硫酸软骨素组（100例）予以常规安神止痛类药物＋硫酸软骨素干预。连续用药1个月,对比两组临床疗效、疼痛程度VAS评分、用药不良事件。结果与用药前对比,用药后两组患者VAS评分均有所下降,其中硫酸软骨素组下降幅度明显大于常规组,且硫酸软骨素组临床疗效更佳（P〈0.05）。两组用药不良事件发生率接近。结论硫酸软骨素治疗神经性头痛疗效确切,可有效改善头痛症状,减轻疼痛程度,且用药安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of chondroitin sulfate on neuropathic headache. Methods 200 patients with vascular headache were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015, and were randomly divided into groups according to admission numbers. Conventional group（100 cases） received routine sedative pain drug intervention, chondroitin sulfate group（100 cases） be routine sedative and analgesic agents ＋ chondroitin sulfate treatment. Continuous medication for 1 months, compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups, pain degree VAS score, adverse drug events. ResultsWith the medication before contrast, medication after VAS scores of the two groups were decreased, which chondroitin sulfate group decreased significantly than that in conventional group, and the clinical curative effect of chondroitin sulfate group better（P〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse events in the two groups was close to that of（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chondroitin sulfate for the treatment of nerve headache curative effect, can effectively improve the symptoms of headache, pain, and drug safety high. It is worth popularization and application.
