摘要
硫酸软骨素广泛存在于各种动物组织中,其复杂的结构赋予其多种生物活性。本文比较了近年来硫酸软骨素的结构分析方法,为其质量控制提供方法学参考。
Chondroitin sulfates are widely existed in different animal tissues and their complicated structure produce lots of biological activities. This paper reviews the recent structure analysis methods of chondroitin sulfates, and offers the methodology reference for the quality control of chondroitin sulfate.
