摘要
目的:建立测定七叶莲药材中磷化物残留量的方法。方法:采用磷钼酸铵比色法测定磷化物含量,同时采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行检测方法比较。结果:10个样品的磷钼酸铵比色法分析结果和电感耦合等离子体质谱法无显著差别。结论:磷钼酸铵比色法测定七叶莲药材中磷化物残留,简单、快速和准确,适用于实验室日常分析,为七叶莲质量控制提供可靠依据。
Objective： To develop a method to determinphosphide residue in Schefflera elliptica （Blume） Harms. Methods： Use ammonium phosphomolybdate eolorimetrie method to determine phosphorous amount in absorbing liquid while also using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to compare test methods. Results： Two results from 10 samples showed no significant differences. Conclusion： The method was simple, quick and precise, enabling its use in daily lab analysis and providing strong support for the quality control of Schefflera elliptica （Blume） Harms.
