摘要
目的:建立ICP-MS测定粮食中磷化物的分析方法。方法:样品中的磷化物经前处理后转化为H3PO4,然后用ICP-MS进行分析。结果:仪器的检出限优于0.002 mg/kg,精密度优于1.5%,回收率为93.0%~95.8%,对6个实际样品的分析结果和国标法没有显著差别。结论:可以采用ICP-MS测定粮食中的磷化物,整个方法检出限低,简单、快速和准确,适用于实验室日常分析。
Objective:To develop a method to determine phosphide in foodstuff by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods:Before being analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,phosphide in foodstuff was transformed to H3PO4 by sample preparetion.Results:The detection limit was higher than 0.002 mg/kg,the RSD over 1.5%;recoveries were 93.0%~95.8%.The results of analyzing practical samples was the same as those by using national standard method.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can determinate phosphide in foodstuff.
