浅埋强风化岩车站拱盖——桩锚组合施工技术研究 被引量:11

摘要 青岛地铁3号线中山公园站地处闹市区,地面交通流量大,安全等级高。主体车站原设计采用大拱脚拱盖法施工,但实际施工中,发现车站主要位于强风化花岗岩中,不能满足拱盖结构的持力要求。因此,需要对拱盖法的施工技术进行优化研究。文章通过建立强风化岩体的主体车站稳定性分析模型,研究了不同地质条件下围岩的变形与塑性区发展情况,针对拱盖法拱脚位于强风化岩体上承载力不足的问题,提出了基于提高基岩承载力的浅埋强风化岩体地铁车站拱盖—桩锚组合施工技术,分析了桩锚支护参数对多种因素的综合影响效应,提出了一种支护效果的定量性评判方法,确定了拱盖—桩锚组合施工技术的最佳支护参数。 The Zhongshan Park Station of Qingdao Subway Line No.3 is located in the downtown with high-traffic and high class of security. In the initial design of the metro station the arch cover method was adopted,but in the actual construction,the station was found mainly in strongly weathered granite which couldn’t meet the requirement of load-bearing of the arch cover structure. Therefore,the arch cover method construction technology needs to be optimized. The model of stability analysis of the station in strongly weathered rock mass is established to study the deformation and the plastic zones evolution of surrounding rock under different geological conditions. Aiming at the problem of insufficient bearing capacity caused by that the arch foot is located in the strongly weathered rock,a new construction technology of arch cover and pile anchor combination is put forward,which is based on improving the bearing capacity of foundation rock in shallow metro station in strongly weathered rock. Additionally,in order to analyze the comprehensive effect of pile anchor supporting parameters on multiple factors,a quantitative evaluation method for supporting effect was proposed,and the optimum supporting parameters of arch cover and pile anchor combination construction technology were determined.
