浅埋碎裂岩层地铁车站拱盖—桩锚组合施工工法 被引量:10

摘要 青岛地铁3号线中山公园站处于全风化、强风化岩层中,岩层节理裂隙发育,围岩自稳能力差。针对本工程厚碎裂岩层的地质特点,通过数值仿真结合施工监测的方法,研究了破碎地层拱盖法施工的围岩应力与塑性发展情况,并在此基础上,提出了浅埋碎裂岩层地铁车站拱盖—桩锚组合施工工法,确定了合理可行的施工工艺。研究结果表明,采用拱盖—桩锚组合法可以在支护结构周围形成一个稳定的应力承载环,有效地控制地层沉降和围岩塑性发展,确保了车站主体结构的施工安全与整体稳定。该施工工法较好地适应了青岛地区特殊的厚强风化层的地质特点。 Zhongshan park station of Qingdao metro line No.3 lies in fully or strongly weathered rock.Joints and cracks of rock stratum developed extremely and the stability of surrounding rock is poor.According to the geological characteristics of the thick fractured rock in this engineering,the stress and plastic development conditions of surrounding rock were studied by applying arch cover construction method in broken stratum with the method of numerical simulation and construction monitoring.On this basis,a new arched cover and anchored pile composite support method for shallow metro station in fractured rock was proposed and the feasible construction process was determined.The results showed that a stable stress bearing ring around the supporting structure can be formed by using arched cover and anchored pile composite support method,which could effectively control the strata subsidence and plastic development of surrounding rock and ensure the construction safety and overall stability of station main structure.The construction method is well adapted to the special geological characteristics of the thick and strong weathered rock in Qingdao area.
