摘要
根据新奥法施工特点及以往施工经验,Ⅳ,Ⅴ级围岩初支背后(喷射混凝土与岩石之间)不可避免地存在空洞、脱空及不密实区域,影响工程质量及安全,因此做好隧道支护雷达无损检测至关重要。为保证检测质量,对缺陷尤其是二衬空洞的准确定位,是检测工作的难点,根据现在检测仪器的特点,采用测距轮的转动,测定距离,纵向行走定位,通过长距离连续检测对采集的数据进行分析,采取有效措施避免数据采集中断或跨越障碍物对缺陷定位产生的影响,为其他工程提供借鉴。
According to the construction characteristics of the new Austrian method and previous construction experience,voids,voids and non-compact areas inevitably exist behind the initial support of theⅣandⅤsurrounding rock(between the sprayed concrete and the rock),which affects the quality and safety of the project.Tunnel support radar non-destructive testing is essential.In order to ensure the quality of the inspection,the accurate positioning of defects,especially the two-lined hollows,is a difficult part of the inspection work.According to the characteristics of current inspection instruments,the rotation of the measuring wheel is used to determine the distance and the longitudinal walking positioning.Analyze the data and take effective measures to avoid the interruption of data collection or the impact of crossing obstacles on defect location,and provide a reference for other projects.
