摘要
结合实际工作经验,从工作面安装、拆除工艺条件的准备、提高工人技能、应用先进生产工具、强化劳动组织形式等四方面系统研究了如何提高综采工作面的搬家速度,以期提高综采工作面的搬家速度,促进煤矿企业的稳产、高产。
Combined with practical work experience, this paper studied how to improve moving speed of the fully mechanized working face from four aspects of working face installation, removal preparation of process conditions, workers skill improvement,application of advanced production tools and strengthening of the labor organization form to increase the speed of fully mechanized working face move and promote the stable and high yield of coal enterprise.
