摘要
大安山矿+680 m水平轴9槽煤为缓倾斜近距离薄煤层开采。在开采9下槽煤层时,设计采用螺旋钻机采煤方法及其钻采的工艺技术参数,用FLAC软件对钻孔间不同煤柱宽度的煤柱应力和变形情况进行了数值模拟研究,得出了合理的煤柱宽度值。设计了劳动组织形式及工作面主要技术经济指标,指导井下的生产实践。
The No. 9 seam in + 680 m level of Da'anshan Miner was a gently inclined seam for coal mining with a short distance to other seam. To mine No. 9 down seam, a design of a mining method with a Auger Complex and the mining technical parameters was completed. A numerical simulation study with FLAC software was conducted on the coal pillar stress and deformation for the drilling caves with different pillar width. A rational pillar width value was obtained from the study. The paper designed the lab organized form and the main technical and economic index of the working face to guide the production practices in the underground mine.
