The Causes, Precautions and Treatments of Complication in Autologous Fat Transplantation

摘要 自体脂肪移植在改善身体凹陷畸形、局部塑形和面部衰老方面效果显著,但也存在风险。诸多并发症,如血管栓塞引发的失明、脑梗塞、皮肤坏死,脂肪坏死引起的钙化、油脂囊肿形成、感染等,需要引起高度重视。本文就自体脂肪移植并发症的成因、预防和处理措施进行综述。 Autologous fat transplantation is effective in improving body deformity, partial shaping and facial aging, but there are still risks. Many complications such as blindness, stroke and skin necrosis caused by fat necrosis, oil cysts,calcification and infection caused by fat necrosis, these complications require great attention. In this paper, the causes,preventions and treatments of the complication in autologous fat transplantation were reviewed.
