摘要
目的 探讨胰肾联合移植术中、术后并发症的预防和处理方法。方法 回顾性分析本院自 1998年 4月至 2 0 0 0年 1月实施的 4例胰肾联合移植手术病历。结果 2例移植胰腺的肾功能恢复良好 ,1例术后 3 0天发生心跳、呼吸衰竭死亡 ,1例移植胰腺功能丧失 ,而肾功能完好。结论 胰、十二指肠联合移植属高难度、高风险的手术 ,及时正确处理术中、术后并发症是提高本手术长期疗效的关键。
Objective:To investigate the precautions and treatments on complications of perioperation of simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplantation(SPK).Methods:To analyze retrospectively 4 cases of type Ⅰ diabetics patients with end-stage kidney disease performed by SPK from Apr.1998 to Jan.2000.Results After operation,the pancreatic and the renal grafts of two patients regained normal function and became insulin-independent,one patient was died of cardiac and respiratory functions failure 30 days later,another patient lost function of the pancreatic graft while regained function of the renal one.Conclution:SPK is a highly difficult and dangerous operations.The key to promoting long-term effect is correct treatments on complicatoins during perioperation.
