摘要
为了使用不同的预测数据来计算机动车尾气主要污染物排放量,在油耗模型基础上提出利用国家第3阶段排放标准计算污染物的方法,简称"油耗法"。该方法主要是利用已建立的油耗计算模型,按照不同的车型并选择相应的排放系数来计算污染物排放量。采用该方法对广东省某高速公路污染物排放量进行计算,并将计算结果与环评规范中规定的利用排放因子计算污染物排放量的结果进行对比。结果表明:2种方法计算误差在6%以内,油耗法计算结果略大于排放因子法的计算结果,其更符合实际情况。
In order to use different forecast data to compute amount of emission of main pollutants of motor vehicle exhaust, this paper proposes the method for computing pollutants by means of the 3rd stage emission standards of the state on the basis of fuel consumption model, simply called the "fuel consumption method". This method mainly utilizes the established fuel consumption computing model to compute amount of emission of pollutants based on different vehicle types and selecting corresponding emission coefficients. With this method, the paper computes amount of emission of pollutants of some expressway in Guangdong Province, and compares the computed results with the results of amount of emission of pollutants computed by means of emission factors specified in environmental evaluation norm. The results show that the computed error of 2 methods is within 6%, the computed results in fuel consumption method are slightly larger than those in emission factor method and are more compliant with the actual conditions.
