摘要
介绍一种基于ABAQUS软件计算滚动阻力的方法。首先提取轮胎静载工况下的应变、应力等接地信息,再结合胶料的损耗因子计算轮胎温度场分布及滚动阻力。对185/65R14轿车子午线轮胎仿真结果进行了验证。结果表明,有限元分析与试验测得的滚动阻力数值有差距,但是变化趋势及幅度基本吻合。该仿真方法可以有效预测结构、胶料调整对轮胎滚动阻力的影响。
In this study,a method of calculating the rolling resistance of tires based on ABAQUS software was developed. Basically,the rolling resistance and temperature field of tire were calculated by using the dissipation factor of material and simulation results of tire ground contact,such as stress and strain,under static loading condition. The simulation results of 185/65R14 passenger car radial tire were verified by experimental results. It was found that the experimental results showed some difference from the simulation results. However,the changing trend and extent were similar. The simulation method was effective to predict the influence of structure and compound adjustment on the rolling resistance of tires.
