肿瘤微环境与前列腺癌化疗耐药的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 前列腺癌经雄激素剥夺疗法后,肿瘤几乎不可避免地发生激素非依赖进展和远端转移,现临床针对这种情况主要采用全身化疗,但是前列腺癌逐渐会对多种化疗药物产生抵抗。肿瘤微环境在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用,尤其与耐药性形成有着密切联系。本文对肿瘤微环境与前列腺癌耐药研究进展进行了详细的综述,为前列腺癌的治疗提供新思路和新靶标。 Prostate cancer inevitably progresses to incurable castration- resistant prostate cancer and distant metastasis after androgen deprivation therapy. Chemotherapy is mainly used in clinical,but prostate will gradually more chemotherapeutic drug resistance. The tumor microenvironment plays an indispensable role in cancer progression,and it is closely linked to cancer resistance. The paper reviewed the tumor microenvironment and mechanisms of drug resistance in prostate cancer in order to provide an alternative strategy and new targets for prostate cancer therapy.
