摘要
介绍了风电机组轴类铸件的结构特点、技术要求及铸造难度,通过对该类铸件的造型方法、型芯设计工艺参数的选取、浇注系统设计、熔炼工艺、球化处理工艺、孕育处理工艺、浇注工艺的有效控制,保证了铸件质量。附注试块的检测结果为:球化率达到2级,石墨大小达到6级,抗拉强度385 MPa,屈服强度257 MPa,伸长率18%,-30℃冲击值11.7 J,均达到技术要求。风电球墨铸铁定轴的检测结果显示,铸件外观质量达到欧标规定的质量等级要求,各项力学性能也均达到产品验收标准。
The structure characteristics of the shaft of the wind turbine, technical requirements and casting difficulties were introduced. By selecting modeling method of the castings, core design process parameters, gating system design, melting process, the inoculation process and pouring effective control process, the quality of casting was guaranteed. The test results of sample was 2 level inoculation rate,6 level graphite size,tensile strength 385 MPa,yield strength 257 MPa,elongation rate 18%, 11.7 J impact value on -30 ℃. They all meet technical requirements. Test results of the production of wind power nodular cast iron indicated casting quality meets the requirements of the European standards and mechanical properties also meet the product acceptance criteria.
