摘要
为探讨不同插条长度和生根粉浓度对樟树扦插生根的影响,通过选取樟树不同插条长度(5 cm、10 cm、15 cm、20 m),以及采用不同浓度ABT2号生根粉(0 mg/L、50 mg/L、100 mg/L、200 mg/L)浸泡插条后,研究不同插条长度和生根粉浓度对樟树扦插生根的影响。研究结果表明,采用ABT2号生根粉浸泡插条后,能提高插条的成活率、生根数,其中以5 cm长度的插条浸泡浓度为50 mg/L生根粉效果最好,建议在樟树扦插时采用5 cm长度的插条浸泡浓度为50 mg/L生根粉进行扦插繁育种苗。
In this paper, to explore the different length of cuttings and rooting powder concentration of camphor tree cuttings roofing effect, selecting Cinnamomum camphora in different cutting length （5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 in）, and using different concentrations of ABT2, rooting powder （0 mg/L, 50 mg, 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L） soaking the cuttings, the research investigates different cutting length and effects of rooting powder concentration of camphor tree cuttings rooting. The results show that the ABT2 rooting powder soaking cutting, can improve the cuttings survival rate and rooting number. 5 cm cuttings soak concentration 50 mg/L rooting powder best.
