摘要
从圃地选择、插穗选取和处理、扦插床内保温保湿技术措施及苗期管理等几方面总结了龙脑樟冬季硬枝扦插技术要点。通过不同插穗来源和不同时间扦插结果对比,表明冬插使用一年生播种实生苗穗条效果最好,扦插生根率随着时间的后移而显著提高。龙脑樟冬季扦插最佳技术措施组合其生根率可达91%,可在生产中应用。
The technical points of hardwood cutting of borneol Cinnamomum camphora in winter were summarized from the nursery location selection,cuttings selection and processing,temperature-keeping and humidity-keeping and seedlings management.Compared the cutting results of different cuttings sources and different cutting time,it showed the annual seedling spike is best use of hardwood cuttings in winter and the rooting rate increased greatly with time.The rooting rate can reach 91% with the best technical measures ...
