摘要
当前国内的同城配送中小企业一般都具有规模较小、灵活性较高、运作效率较低、管理不规范的特点,信息管理系统的使用提高了同城配送中小企业运作的效率,降低了物流配送过程中的浪费,提升了物流服务的能力,增加了物流配送过程中的透明性,对同城配送中小企业的作用很大。但由于多方面的原因,当前国内的同城配送中小企业在信息管理系统使用的有效性方面存在着很多问题,文中将从国内同城配送中小企业信息管理系统使用现状着手,找出使用过程中存在的问题,分析问题产生的原因,找出提高同城配送中小企业信息管理系统有效性的策略。
