摘要
进入21世纪以来,我国物流业虽然已由起步阶段进入快速发展阶段,但与国民经济快速回升的需要相比,还存在着物流人才培养、物流资源整合与协调等诸多亟待解决的问题。据此,提出了培养多层次和知识复合型人才的思路;探索了建立统一协调的物流管理体系,提高物流系统效率和物流企业与连锁经营企业结合,发展第三方、第四方物流,促进有效需求等措施。
Logistics industry has developed from the starting stage to the rapidly developing stage in 21st century. However, with the demands of the rapidly recovering economic growth, the logistics industry faces problems of lack of talents, poor assembly of logistic resources and inefficient coordination. The paper puts forward countermeasures, i.e., cultivation of muhi-layer talents, establishment of a coordinated logistic management system, improvement of logistic efficiency and development of third and fourth party logistics, etc.
