摘要 我国农村地域分布广泛、地区差异化大,带来各地农村的经济发展模式差别化巨大,在现代农村中发展物流服务需要注重不断深入开发农村特色物流服务,而大数据作为物流服务的信息平台,能够为顾客提供综合的流程架构和应用程序,有效提高物流服务质量,使物流服务更便捷,更快响应和整合业务需求。因此,在研究现代农村物流特色的基础上,通过运用服务质量创新理论和大数据手段,形成以大数据信息技术手段为支撑的、创新的农村物流服务质量的新模式,进一步推动现代农村物流企业与生产企业的合作力度,扩大现代农村物流的影响力。 In the rapid development of the logistics industry, logistics combines production, circulation and consumption. It becomes important industry of nation, especially in country. Speeding ups service quality has great significance to optimize the development of logistics. So we can use big data. Big da- ta is a new concept which is not only a technology concept but also is a concept based on the resource sharing, distribu- tion according to need. In this course, we should use the big data to improve the service quality in the logistics industry of mordent country to strengthen it competition ability. Finally it will advance the influence of the logistics industry of mordent country
