摘要
本文认为,农村物流作为带动我国农村经济发展的新的利润增长点,加强金融支持是解决我国现代农村物流建设瓶颈的客观需要,应在明确我国现代农村物流建设金融支持必要性的基础上,多方位加强金融支持现代农村物流建设的力度,整合并创新现代农村物流金融运作模式,设计并创新现代农村物流金融产品,安排并创新现代农村物流金融制度,建立完善现代农村物流金融组织架构,有效开展现代农村物流金融风险的防范,优化和谐发展的农村物流金融生态环境,这是大力发展我国现代农村物流,发展农村经济,建设社会主义新农村的必然选择。
The authors believe that rural logistics is a new profit growth point that will lead rural economic development in China; strengthen financial support is the objective requirement to eliminate bottlenecks in the construction of modem rural logistics in China; we should strengthen financial support for the construction of modem rural logistic based on clarifying the necessity of financial support, integrate and reform operational mode of modem rural logistic finance, design and reform in financial products, arrange and reform in financial mechanism, establish and promote organizational frame, effectively guard against financial risk and optimize the harmoniously developing eco environment. And all the countermeasures mentioned above are the logical choice for the development of China＇s modem rural logistics and rural economy, and the construction of new socialist countryside.
