摘要 可控性注浆是近年发展起来的针对存在大空洞、地下水渗流等条件覆盖层的新注浆工艺,可通过控制浆液的注入量和扩散度,减少浆液不必要的损耗,提高注浆的有效性及经济性。文中简述了可控性浆液的现状,结合可控性注浆在某码头工程大空洞块石覆盖层的应用介绍了可控性注浆的具体施工工艺及处理效果,可为其它类似项目提供参考。 Controllable grouting is a new grouting technology, developed in recent years, countering the overburden with large gaps and seepage, which can control the injection and diffuseness of grout to reduce the loss of grout and get a sound effect and economical efficiency of grouting. The current situation of controllable grouting is introduced, and the detailed construction technology and application effect of controllable grouting used in rock block overburden with gaps of a harbor project are also introduced, which can provide valuable references for other similar projects.
