HPLC法测定贝诺酯分散片的含量

摘要 建立了HPLC法测定贝诺酯分散片的含量。采用Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)色谱柱,甲醇∶水(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为240 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 m L/min。结果显示,贝诺酯在4.96-118.92μg/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.99989,平均回收率为99.47%,RSD为0.21%(n=6)。该方法具有操作简便、结果准确的优点,可用于贝诺酯分散片的质量控制。 A method for determination of Benorilate Dispersible Tablets by HPLC was established. Ultimate XB-C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm × 5 μm) was used,the mobile phases consisted of methanol and water( 60 ∶40),the detection wavelength was at 240 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1 m L / min. Results showed that the linear range of benorilate was at 4. 96 - 118. 92 mg / m L,r = 0. 99989. The average recovery was 99. 47%. RSD =0. 21%( n = 6). The method was accurate. It could be used for determination of Benorilate Dispersible Tablets.
