摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定贝诺酯的有关物质及其含量。方法:色谱柱为C18,流动相为甲醇-水(磷酸调pH3.5)(56:44),紫外检测器,波长240 nm。结果:贝诺酯与对乙酰氨基酚及其他未知杂质均可完全分离,检测了贝诺酯的有关物质,测定了贝诺酯的含量。结论:HPLC法可有效控制贝诺酯的有关物质及其含量。
Objective:To investigate the related substances and to determine the contents of benorilate with a new HPLC method. Methods:A C18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water(56:44,pH adjusted to 3.5 with phosphoric acid).The UV detector was set at 240 nm.Results:Benorilate, paracetamol and other unkown related substances could be separated.The impurities from benorilate products were tested and the contents of benorilate were determined.Conclusion :The new method can be used to detect the related substances and determine the contents of benorilate.
