摘要
永磁同步电机dq轴电感是电压解耦控制、转矩估算以及电机稳态性能评估必不可少的输入参数,但是由于磁场饱和与交叉耦合影响,难以准确测量。本文提出一种基于dq轴瞬态磁链的电感参数离线测量方法,首先利用逆变器施加一定幅值d轴电流锁住电机转子,试验中通过在dq轴电流参考指令上叠加固定频率的交流量,实时记录dq轴电压和电流。然后对dq轴电压和电流积分,离线计算直交轴瞬态磁链并对其进行线性拟合,最后dq轴电感参数通过dq轴磁链除以电流得出。试验结果表明,该方法不但易于实施而且可以测量磁场饱和以及交叉耦合情况下的电感参数特性。
The dq-axis inductances are important for the voltage decoupling control, torque estimation and steady-state performance analysis of a PMSM. Nevertheless it is difficult to measure because of the saturation and cross-magnetizing effects. In this paper, an offline measurement method was proposed based on the dq-axis instantaneous flux linkages calculation. First, the rotor was 1 current through inverter and a fixed frequency AC current was assigned respectively , then dq-axis voltage linkages were calculated offline by ocked by a certain amplitude d-axis to the d and q-axis reference current and current was recorded real-time during test. The instantaneous flux the integration of dq-axis current and voltage and linear fitted. Finally, dq-axis inductances were computed through the dq-axis flux linkages divided by current. Test results show that the method is easy to carry out and can measure the inductances with considering the saturation and cross-magnetizing effects.
