摘要
目的分析电子病历在医院病案管理中的应用。方法分析电子病历在医院病案管理中的优势与劣势,制定出提升电子病历在医院档案管理体系中应用效率的相关对策。结果电子病历具有法律效力,且操作简单,能够提高诊疗质量,有助于医院病案管理工作的正常开展。但与此同时,这个过程也存在着安全隐患、专业人员短缺等弊端。结论只有充分的利用电子病历的优点,改善其缺点,才能够使电子病历在医院的病案管理中发挥其应有的作用。
Objective To analyze the application of electronic medical record in hospital medical record management. Methods To analyze the strengths and weaknesses of electronic medical record in the hospital medical records management, and then work out countermeasures to enhance application efficiency of electronic medical record in the hospital record management system. Results Electronic medical record is simple to operate, and have the force of law,It can improve the quality of care and help the management of the hospital medical record. But there are many shortcomings, such as a securi-ty risk as well as a shortage of professionals. Conclusion Taking full advantage of electronic medical record and improving its shortcomings, So that to be able to make electronic medical record play a role in the case management of its application in the hospital.
