摘要
统计人员在熟悉了医院信息系统中的数据结构后,可利用PowerBuilder软件对统计数据进行监控与核查。这种使用Select语句核查数据的方法,可作用一种日常工作模式,方便每日使用。它能及时发现问题,并将数据的纠错关口前移到窗口单位原始数据的录入上,从而及时解决问题。通过PowerBuilder做日常数据的维护,可保证每日数据的准确性,进而使统计报表更具有时效性。
After being familiar with data structure of HIS system,which is an information system of hospital,statistical personnel can monitor and check up data by PowerBuilder software.This method using Select sentence to check up data is a daily work mode that can use daily.Traditional check up method only find out problems in front page of medical records at the end of month.While its advantage can timely find out problems with transferring error correction gateway to enter of input of window unit primary data for solving problems in time.Daily maintain by PowerBuilder can ensure correction of daily data that makes statistical report form has timeliness.
