摘要
目前高职医学检验技术专业定位与专业人才培养目标不够明确,课程体系过窄,教学方法落后,实践教学环节薄弱,临床工作能力的培养缺乏系统性。为此我院医学检验专业成立专业建设指导委员会,将企业岗位要求融入人才培养方案,将职业技能标准融入课程教学内容,将企业优秀文化融入人才培养过程,将行业企业评价融入考核评价体系。形成了具有校企深度合作、工学结合鲜明办学特色的医学检验技术专业"四融入"创新人才培养模式,显著提高了教学质量、人才培养质量和社会服务能力,使学生的职业能力、综合素质、就业竞争力明显增强。
Currently the medical inspection technology department of vocational training colleges do not have clear professional positioning and talent cultivation objective, their curriculum is too narrow, teaching methods lag far behind, teaching practice is weak, and lack of systematical training on clinical work ability. In view of this, our medical inspection technology department established professional construction steering committee, and the compa- ny will be required to integrate into the training program, the standard of professional skills into the curriculum teaching content, corporate culture into the training process, the industry enterprise evaluation into the assessment system. The formation of the training mode of school enterprise cooperation and work study combination has the ＂ Four Integration＂ of medical laboratory technology innovative talents, the improve the teaching quality, the qual- ity of personnel training and social service ability, make studentsiarofessional ability and comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness significantly enhanced.
