甲状腺癌术后^131I治疗患者骨密度测定分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察甲状腺癌术后^131I治疗期间间断甲状腺功能减退状态对患者骨密度( BMD)的影响。方法选择我院行甲状腺癌根治术或甲状腺大部切除术患者115例作为实验组,体检者132例作为对照组。2组均行双能X线骨密度检查。结果2组患者BMD差异无统计学意义。实验组不同131I治疗次数患者间BMD差异无统计学意义。观察期间无一例患者出现骨折。结论甲状腺癌术后^131I治疗期间短期甲减状态对患者骨密度无明显影响。 Objective:To analyze the bone mineral density ( BMD) in intermittent hypothyroidism patients receiving ^131I radiotherapy after thyroidectomy.Methods A total of 115 patients with thyroid cancer were enrolled who underwent thyroidectomy or subtotal resection before ^131I radiotherapy.According to their medical history, they were divided into two groups:an experimental group (115 patients) and a control group (132 patients).All patients received BMD determina-tion.Results There was no statistical difference in BMD between the two groups before treatment.After ^131I radiotherapy, no statistical difference was found in BMD between the two groups.No fracture was reported in these patients.Conclusion 131I radiotherapy produces little effects on BMD for patients with short-term hypothyroidism after thyroidectomy.
