经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗椎体压缩性骨折的效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗椎体压缩性骨折的效果。方法椎体压缩性骨折病人42例,采用PKP进行治疗。比较病人术前3d、术后3d及末次随访时疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry评分、椎体前缘高度及椎体后凸角度变化。结果术后3d及末次随访时病人VAS评分、Oswestry评分、椎体前缘高度、椎体后凸角度与术前3d比较,差异有显著性(F=1898.88~5089.17,q=31.30~138.80,P<0.05)。结论 PKP是治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折较好的方法。 Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of percutanous kyphoplasty (PKP) for vertebral compression frac- tures (VCF). Methods Forty-two patients with VCF were treated with PKP. Pain visual analog scale (VAS), Oswestry score, the height of vertebral anterior border and vertebral kyphosis angle were measured three clays before and after surgery and at the last follow-up, and compared. Results VAS score, Oswestry score, the height of vertebral anterior border and vertebral kypho- sis angle measured-three days after surgery and at last follow-up-showed significant differences as compared with that before sur- gery (F=1 898.88-5 089.17,q=31.30-138.80,P〈0.05). Conclusion Percutanous kyphoplasty is a better surgical therapy for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.
