The Paper Visual Counting Method Based on Embedded System

摘要 针对造纸印刷行业大量应用的传统机械式计数设备存在诸多固有缺点,基于嵌入式平台运用数字图像技术研制一种用于纸质印刷品数目的识别计数系统。系统采用STM32F103VET6作为处理控制芯片,借助OV7670进行图像采集,摄像头位置的变化依靠步进电机的驱动。系统根据图像峰谷变化,逐次完成纸张计数过程。该系统装置具有操作简易、携带方便、计数运算量低等特点,初步试验结果达到了设计目标,可用于造纸印刷业符合文中参数的普通纸张进行计数。 This paper presents a printed paper number for identifying and counting system used digital image technology based on embedded platform, which is aimed at some inherent defects of the traditional mechanical counting devices. The system adopts STM32F103VET6 as the treatment control chip, image acquisition with OV7670, changing the position of the camera to rely on step motor drive. The system, according to the change of the peak and valley image, completed paper counting process. The characteristics of system device are simple operation, convenient carrying, light-volume counting operation and so on. Preliminary test results meet the design objectives , ordinary paper which meet parameters in paper given can be counted, used for papermaking and printing.
