摘要 为保障高速列车运行安全、提高维修效率、降低维修成本和消除维修服务的信息孤岛,建立了面向全生命周期的高速列车MRO系统。分析了当前高速列车维修需要解决的主要问题,讨论了MRO系统的业务框架,提出面向全生命周期的MRO系统设计与实施方案,描述构型管理、故障管理、检修计划管理和在线监测与诊断管理等技术。面向全生命周期的高速列车MRO系统在企业应用过程中取得良好效果。 In order to support the high speed train operation safety and improve maintenance efficiency, reduce the maintenance cost, eliminate the information island for the maintenance service, a full life cycle oriented Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) System was established for the high speed train. This article analyzed the main problems in maintenance of the high speed train, discussed the operational framework of MRO System and proposed the design and implementation plan, illustrated the configuration management, fault management, maintenance scheduling management, on-line monitoring and diagnosis technology. The MRO System was taken good effect for the high speed train.
