摘要
为达到大型设备的全生命周期信息综合利用和精益维修的目标,分析了支持持续改进的维护、维修和大修业务需求,提出了一种维护、维修和大修支持系统的解决方案。在此基础上,讨论了系统中的关键技术,以中性物料清单为核心的维修知识管理和物料结构追踪技术来综合运用全生命周期知识;采用基于规则的维修策略表示和判定技术为精益维修的实施提供支持。通过唐安煤矿维护、维修和大修的实施,验证了所提方案的有效性。
To achieve the comprehensive lifecycle information utilization and lean maintenance for large equipment,the Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul/Operations(MRO)requirements supporting continuous improvement were analyzed,and a solution of MRO support system was proposed.Key technologies of the system were discussed.Neutral Bill of Material(BOM)centered maintenance knowledge management as well as material structure tracking were used to utilize the lifecycle knowledge,and rule-based maintenance policy representation and judging technology was used to support for implementing lean maintenance.Application example revealed that the proposed method was effective.
