摘要
针对目前国内文献对连铸机电磁搅拌这一应用技术很少详细介绍的现状,本文介绍莱钢矩形坯连铸机使用进口ABB结晶器电磁搅拌设备的性能、应用效果、检查、保养、安装等维修过程,以及问题的处理和完善改进等方法,为使用类似设备提供借鉴。
Aiming at the domestic literature on caster electromagnetic stirring the status of this application technique rarely described in detail,this article describes Laiwu rectangular billet continuous casting machine imported ABB mold electromagnetic stirring device performance,apply effects,inspection,maintenance,maintenance of the installation process,as well as improved treatment methods and improve the problem,provide a reference for the use of similar equipment.
