猪圆环病毒2型感染性克隆疫苗的研究前景 被引量：1

摘要 猪圆环病毒2型（Porcine circovirus type2,PCV-2）是引起断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征（Postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome,PMWS）的主要病原,此外还与猪皮炎与肾病综合征、仔猪先天性震颤、流产和渗出性皮炎等有关,这些疾病统称为猪圆环病毒病.该病广泛流行于世界各地,在我国猪群中流行较为严重,临床上常与猪繁殖与呼吸综合征、猪瘟和猪细小病毒等混合感染,继发感染,给养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失.
