摘要
目的观察硬性透气性角膜接触镜（RGP）应用于单眼白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后屈光参差患者的安全性及有效性。方法选取我院就诊的单眼白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后屈光参差的患者14例,这些患者在配戴框架眼镜时,均产生了不同程度的头晕、眼胀、眼酸及视疲劳症状,以致无法继续戴镜。对14例患者的未手术眼进行RGP验配,每日配戴RGP 10~12 h,于配戴后1 d、1周、1个月、2个月及3个月复查最佳矫正视力、裂隙灯、眼底镜、角膜地形图、眼压、泪液分泌、角膜内皮细胞计数,并与配戴RGP前进行比较。结果 14例患者在配戴RGP后,用眼时的头晕、眼胀、眼酸以及视疲劳症状较配戴框架眼镜时明显减轻;随访期间未发现严重眼部并发症;在配戴RGP 3个月后,配戴眼的眼压、泪液分泌及角膜内皮细胞计数较配戴前无统计学差异。结论配戴RGP能明显改善单眼白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后屈光参差患者的视觉舒适度,安全有效,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of rigid gas permeable contact lens（RGP） on anisometropia patients after monocular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods Authors collected clinical data of 14 anisometropia patients after monocular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Patients had dizziness,ocular discomfort and asthenopia when wearing glasses. RGP lenses were fit on the non-treated fellow eye for each patient. Patients were then followed up regularly for 3 months. Results In all 14 patients,symptoms of dizziness,ocular discomfort and asthenopia alleviated significantly when wearing RGP. There were no serious ocular complications. After 3 months of RGP wearing,there were no significant changes in intraocular pressure,tear secretion or corneal endothelial cell counts. Conclusions Wearing RGP on fellow eye could alleviate symptoms of dizziness,ocular discomfort and asthenopia in anisometropia patients after monocular cataract extraction ＆ intraocular lens implantation.
