摘要 目的 观察RoseK硬性透气性角膜接触镜 (RoseKRGP)矫治圆锥角膜的临床应用效果。方法 在角膜地形图指导下 ,为 12 6人 2 18眼圆锥角膜验配RoseKRGP ,评估镜片配适状态 ,比较最佳框架眼镜和RoseKRGP矫正视力 ,随访 6~ 2 7个月 ,观察并发症的发生情况。结果 所有病例均能通过RoseKRGP获得满意的矫正视力 ,RoseKRGP与框架眼镜矫正视力比较差别有显著意义 (t=10 90 ,P <0 0 0 0 1)。 16 9眼 (77 5 2 % )为三点接触配适状态 ,38眼 (17 4 3% )为顶点离开的配适状态 ,11眼 (5 0 5 % )为可接受的顶点接触配适状态。结论 在角膜地形图指导下 ,圆锥角膜患者验配RoseKRGP成功率高 ,容易达到比较好的配适状态 ,获得满意的矫正视力 ,且无严重并发症发生 ,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of the Rose K rigid contact lens(Rose K RGP)for keratoconus in clinical practice.Methods 218 eyes of 126 patients with keratoconus who were fitted into the Rose K lenses.Evaluation of fit was done.Visual acuity measurements were taken with spectacle lenses and with the Rose K lenses.And the period of follow-up ranged 6~27 months to observe complications.Results In all eyes,the application of Rose K RGP obtained acceptable vision.There was statistically significant improvement in vision with the Rose K lenses than that of with spectacle lenses(t=10 90, P <0 0001).169eyes(77 52%)were three-point-touch relationship.38 eyes(17 43%)were apical clearance relationship.11 eyes(5 05%)were apical bearing relationship.Conclusions Guide with cornea topography,the successful fit rate of Rose K RGP is high.It is easy to reach the ideal fit and to improve the visual acuity.No severe complications were observed.These indicate the usefulness of the Rose K lens in clinical practice.
