摘要
利用UG软件对2 MW风力发电机轮毂进行建模,再利用ANSYS软件对轮毂在极端天气下所受载荷进行分析,除了考虑叶片对轮毂的力载荷和惯性载荷还考虑了极端天气对轮毂特性影响,主要极端天包括低温、高温和极大风速。经过模拟分析发现,高温、低温和极大风速载荷对轮毂的受力影响较大,尤其是极低温度时,在轮毂与主轴接触的区域受力已经超过了轮毂的抗拉强度。
The model of a 2 MW wind turbine wheel hub was set up by UG software,then the loads including force laod and inertial load on the wheel hub under the extreme weather conditions were analysed by ANSYS software,which considering the impact of extreme weather on wheel properties,including low temperature,high temperature and maximum wind speed.The simulation results show the high temperature,low temperature and maximum wind load have great influence on the stress of the wheel hub;the stress in the contact region of hub with spindle has exceeded the tensile strength of the wheel hub material at extremely low temperature.
