摘要
针对船体球扁钢肋骨三角形加热矫正纵向弯曲变形时加热区的计算,利用全站仪测量肋骨与板材线型,使用非均匀B样条拟合曲线后计算两者的装配偏差。分析矫正变形时加热区的计算算法和计算流程,并在MATLAB的GUI模块中开发了球扁钢肋骨三角形加热区预报系统,实现了肋骨与板材线型测量数据的导入、曲线的拟合、装配偏差的计算、三角形加热的位置与工艺参数的准确预报。研究内容和成果对三角形加热矫正球扁钢肋骨纵向弯曲变形的理论研究和现场施工都有一定的参考意义和指导价值。
As to calculating the heating-area when triangle-heating is used for correcting the longitudinal bending deformation of ship flat bulb steel frame, the paper uses the total station to measure the line of frame and plate and calculates the assembly deviation after fitting the lines by general non-uniform B-spline. The paper then analyzes the calculation algorithm and the process of calculating the heating-area. It is developed the flat bulb steel frame triangle heating area forecasting system in GUI of MATLAB, realizing the function of import of linear measurement data, line fitting, calculation of assembly deviation, prediction of heating-area and technological parameter. The research content and achievement can provide a certain reference and guidance for theoretical research and site operation of triangle-heating correcting.
