摘要
介绍了电磁力辅助水火弯板工艺的原理.在水火弯板过程中,利用跟踪的电磁线圈在钢板内产生的电磁力来促进钢板变形,不仅能够改善钢板高温加热条件,提高钢板成形效率,而且有利于加工控制和提高成形精度,能够用于船体外板厚板和高强度钢板的成形加工.对电磁力辅助水火弯板工艺的电路进行了设计和研究,包括整流滤波电路、充电电路、放电电路和控制电路,仿真分析结果对电路设计目标进行了验证.
The process principle of electromagnetic force aided line-heating is introduced. An electromagnetic coil is used during the line-heating process which can generate electromagnetic force to further the formation of steel plate. This new technique can not only improve the heating condition and increase the forming efficiency, but also be beneficial to processing control and enhancing the forming accuracy. This new technique can be used in the formation of thick hull plate and high strength steel plate. The device circuits of the electromagnetic force aided line-heating are investigated and designed including the filtering rectification circuit, recharge circuit, discharge circuit and control circuit. The simulation results testify the rationality and feasibility of the designed circuits.
