摘要 以大吨位折臂式随车起重机为研究对象,利用动力学分析软件ADAMS,建立随车起重机的动力学仿真模型并对其进行全工况仿真,得到各构件受力及变幅液压缸受力情况,并采用优化设计方法、灵敏度分析,对变幅机构各铰点布置进行优化。优化分析结果表明,优化后结构更加紧凑,各铰点和动臂液压缸受力得到改善,提升结构可靠性,同时也验证了该优化设计方法可行有效。 With the large-tonnage folding-type lorry-mounted crane as a study object,the dynamic analysis software ADAMS is used to develop the dynamic simulation model for the crane,followed by all-condition simulation,in order to get the stress condition of each component and luffing hydraulic cylinder. With the optimal design method and through sensitivity analysis,hinge joint layout of the jib luffing mechanism is optimized. It's indicated through optimal analysis that the optimized structure is more compact,each hinge point and the luffing hydraulic cylinder are improved,and the structural reliability is upgraded,which proves optimal design method effective.
