摘要
利用软件ADAMS建立了装备并联运动模拟平台参数化模型,并通过仿真测试验证了模型的正确性,针对参数化模型,对平台进行了运动学分析与动力学分析。以平台结构主控参数为设计变量,分析了设计变量的灵敏度,在此基础上分别以液压缸受力和液压缸整体性能为目标函数对平台机构进行优化设计,实现了平台结构的优化。
By using analysis software ADAMS,a parameterized model of equipment in parallel motion simulation platform was established,and verified through simulation test. Aiming at the model,the kinematic analysis and dynamics analysis of the platform were carried. The key control parameters of the platform structure were chosen as design variables,and the sensitivity of design variables was analyzed. On the basis of it,optimization design was carried out on the platform mechanism by selecting the overall performance and loading of hydraulic cylinder as target function,optimal platform structure is achieved.
