摘要
目的探讨胃食管反流病临床治疗效果。方法选取2014年3月～2015年3月我院门诊治疗的胃食管反流病患者30例临床资料进行分析。结果胃食管反流病患者中轻度19例,中度7例,重度4例。经治疗显效15例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率96.7%。结论减少反流对食管黏膜的损害,强化食管黏膜的防御机能,是治疗胃食管反流病的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods Selected 30 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease clinical data from March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital were analyzed. Results 19 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease were mild, 7 cases were moderate, 4 cases were severe. After treatment, 15 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases were effective, 1 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.7%. Conclusion It is an effective measure to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease by reducing the damage of the esophagus mucosa and strengthening the defense function of the esophagus mucosa.
