摘要
目的:对西医结合护理对活动期类风湿关节炎患者康复质量效果进行观察与分析。方法:选择医院2013年6月-2014年6月收治的活动期类风湿关节炎患者70例,根据护理方法不同分为两组,每组35例,对照组实施西医常规护理,实验组实施中西医结合护理,分析比较两组护理服务对患者康复质量的影响。结果:实验组患者临床总有效率、平均住院时间、护理服务满意度等指标明显优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理对提高活动期类风湿关节炎的临床疗效,提升患者生存质量具有重要的意义,值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative nursing on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 70 cases were divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated by western conventional nursing; the experimental group was treated by the integrative nursing. The quality of nursing on rehabilitation were compared in two groups. Results： The total efficiency, the average length of stay and nursing service satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating rheumatoid arthritis by the integrative nursing can receive a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
